I am writing to inform you of my package delivery experience. I ordered a gift for my friend and was looking to giving it to her. Unfortunately, when she received it, the gift was damaged. The company which made the product guaranteed that the item was in good condition when they made it, therefore it was damaged by your delivery company. I very upset by this experience and would like to know how this can be resolved.
How you doing mate? You wouldn’t believe what happened to me this week. I ordered a gift for Susan and had it delivered. The thing is, it was broken when she got it. Man I am so annoyed. I have just written to the delivery company and they better pay because they spoiled a great gift.
